Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate held their 2025 Luxury Real Estate Fall Conference from September 14th through the 17th at the iconic Hotel Del Coronado in Coronado, CA. The Annual LRE® Awards Celebration, now in its 18th year, took place on Wednesday, September 17th, where prestigious brokers from across the globe gathered to share knowledge, experiences, connect with fellow members, and honor the best in the industry. We are proud to have received two of their prestigious awards!

 

Carmel Realty Company was honored to receive the award for Extraordinary Philanthropy for our dedication and work in our local communities. As the leading locally owned brokerage on the Monterey Peninsula, Carmel Realty has an unparalleled commitment to our community. Philanthropy has been a cornerstone of our company for generations. A portion of every real estate transaction is contributed to The Carmel Realty Foundation, founded in 2014 to give back to local charities and causes that directly affect our communities and will allow them to thrive for years to come. In total, our agents and staff have donated over $6 million and countless hours to the many local causes that help build up our communities and people in need. In addition, the Bill Mitchell Scholarship Award was created this year in honor of the late Bill Mitchell, Carmel Realty Company's Co-Owner and Broker. Each year, the company will recognize a team member who embodies the character, integrity, kindness, and commitment to community that Bill exemplified. On behalf of this agent, a first-generation college student at California State University, Monterey Bay will be awarded a scholarship covering their college tuition. The award recipient will also mentor the student recipient during their first year of college.

 

Carmel Realty Company's Ben Zoller was also honored to receive a Significant Sale Award, for representing his client in the record-setting purchase of the highest priced sale in Monterey County's history. The $45M sale took place in Pebble Beach, located along the 18^th fairway of the esteemed Pebble Beach Golf Links. Ben's exceptional buyer representation and market insight is what cultivated this prestigious sale for his buyer, whom he had been working with for over two years. Over those years, Ben's extensive market knowledge and powerful network allowed him access to what was coming to market first, and he was able to find his client a home that met their criteria for the exceptional Monterey Peninsula lifestyle they were looking for.
